When facing back conditions, purchasing a mattress becomes a challenge. We must ensure that it fits not only our preferences but, more importantly, that it alleviates existing pain.

1. Degenerative Disc Disease
This condition, characterized by the wear and tear of intervertebral discs, appears with aging and is frequently found in the cervical and lumbar regions.

3. Hip Bursitis
This is characterized by the inflammation of the bursa in the joint area and can be very painful. To avoid pressure points, affected individuals often sleep on their back or stomach.
✅ Recommendation: Softer mattresses or those with superior comfort layers are necessary to contour to the body's shape. The most suitable are mattresses with individually wrapped coils combined with viscoelastic foam (Memory Foam).
